Are you Ready?
Did you wake up today pissed off at the world? Did you wake up today and think that today is the absolute worst day of your life before your feet even hit the floor? Do you feel angry, sad, confused, frustrated, and just mad most of the time?
Then my question to you is: Are you Ready?
Are you Ready?
Are you ready to take a leap of faith? Are you ready to make a change? Are you ready to be a happier version of you?
If you are ready- Here’s some tricks to try…
1. Before your feet hit the floor- Think of at least 3 things you are thankful for!
I know- you have nothing because your life sucks- Try this: Do you have a child? Do you have one friend? Do you have a roof over your head? What about a Bed to sleep in? Do you have your own bedroom? Do you have shoes to place on your feet before you go outside? Is there food in your refrigerator? Here’s the biggest one- Are you breathing? Are you alive?
If you answered Yes to any of the above questions then you are BLESSED!! I know it doesn’t feel like it because maybe the circumstances aren’t great, but you know what can be great? YOU! You can be great in inspite of the situation in which you are living right now.
2. Number 2- pick something to do for you.
Now- if you are feeling as angry and mad at the world as I suspect then maybe you should pick something aggressive. Maybe try a vigorous workout that will kick your ass, maybe try a run / jog ( I know you’re not a runner, but I promise you can run a little, walk a little ect…) The point is to get up get out and do it! I promise it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.
Each day that you are able to do something for yourself that will better you physically- it will start to improve your life mentally and emotionally as well. I promise because a person that feels good about accomplishing something will start to feel good all around.
3. Choose someone that makes you smile to go on the journey with you!
We have to learn to surround ourselves with more positivity! It’s key! The positive thoughts that you can encounter in a day will make your overall life better because things will just start to fall into place.
If you are in a negative relationship- Get out! or Try and change it to a positive relationship,but understand the difference of a negative relationship and an unhealthy relationship. If you work in a negative environment- Start putting feelers out for a new job or be the change that you want to see in your work place- I promise that can happen. If you start to make changes people will feel it and want to join. There are some cases that maybe the place that you work isn’t so bad it’s that you are so mad.
Know your worth! You are worth it! You can do it! Also remember that when you are working out or running- No one can take that from you! No one can tell you that you aren’t good enough! No one can ever tell you that you aren’t fast enough! Because there is always someone that is sitting on the couch! If it were easy everyone would do it!
